Shops & Establishments & Labour License

The Labour License will be issued under The Shops & Establishments Act. Initially the certificate will be issued for 1 Year Validity [01- Jan to 31- Dec], renewal will be done for every year.

Documents Required to get Labour License:

1. Telugu name board of Business,
2. Pan, Aadhar of Proprietor
3. Address proof of Establishment
4. Passport size photo of employer
5. Self authorization letter
6. Partnership deed in case of Firm
7. Certificate of Incorporation, MOA, AOA in case of Companies
8. List of Employees
9. Mobile Number and Mail id

Fee Details:

6	51-100	10,000/-
7	101 and above	10,000/+5,000 for additional 50 Employees

Penalty:

1	Between 1st November to 1st December	No Penalty
2	Between 2nd December to 31st December	25% Penalty
3	After 31st December	50% Penalty
